 Remedial Massage is a systematic approach towards assisting with chronic pain and muscular injuries. Designed to assist in reducing pain and discomfort, allowing you to get on with what you enjoy.  Remedial massage is intended to specifically target the areas of injury and pain.  A Remedial Massage will often start with an assessment of posture, muscles, ligaments and tendons along with range of movement and function of the area to be treated. A treatment protocol varies based on individual needs and may include other forms of massage such as deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release or relaxation.

Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupressure involves applying pressure to certain points on the body to relief ailments.  Using fingers, thumbs, palms, elbows and even specialised equipment, acupressure follows the meridians of the body.   As with other forms of massage, acupressure is fantastic for relaxation however it has its roots in being able to resolve headaches and other pain along with boosting the immune system and even digestion support.
